University of Louisville Physicians is seeking BE / BC family medicine or internal medicine / peds physicians to join our urgent care plus practices in Louisville. KY.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine; board certification in family or internal medicine / peds and eligibility for licensure in Kentucky are required. Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine or emergency medicine is preferred.
- Possess knowledge to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures.
- Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Should have knowledge of EMR system. Familiarity with EPIC is preferred; however, onsite EMR training will be provided
- Have excellent judgment and discretion, the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Be a team player with a "can do" attitude that can work in a fast-paced, customer service driven environment
- Ability to work independently and productively with minimum supervision
- Shifts are 12 hours and require evenings, 8 am to 8 pm.
- Three shifts a week (156 shifts a year)
- There is a weekend rotation requirement.
