U.P. Home Health & Hospice is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Compliance Officer to join our team. This full-time role is essential in overseeing and ensuring the development, implementation, and secure electronic storage of the organization’s policies, procedures, job descriptions, operational standards, contracts, and utilization review.
A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and be comfortable managing documentation and communication across multiple teams.
