Job Description:
This position is very versatile and no 2 days will look alike. Your contributions are a vital role at U Rent It, responsible for a wide range of tasks encompassing customer service, loading/unloading equipment, servicing equipment, and small engine repair. From help fixing small engines to assisting customers on what equipment they might need at the counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and repair small equipment and other tools
- Operate and maintain rental equipment, ensuring safety and functionality.
- Prepare and execute rental contracts, ensuring accuracy and clear communication of terms, conditions, and equipment details to customers.
- Assist in inventory tracking and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience working on equipment repairs or similar
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
