Summary About the Position : Serve as a business process management analyst in the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division (DACID), Business Operations Directorate, Business Analytics Division, providing advice and assistance in the conduct of business process improvement activities in support of enhancements and improvements to enterprise business operations applications and analytical products. Position located in Quantico, VA. Responsibilities Provide advice and assistance in the conduct of business process improvement activities in support of enhancements and improvements to enterprise business operations applications and analytical products. Serve as the expert for analysis of user functional requirements and participate in solution development using various business process improvement strategies, with primary focus on established methodology for Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR). Provide project leadership and technical support in the creation, management, and sustainment of methodical approaches to increase efficiency and effectiveness and reduce administrative burden. Advise, construct, and facilitate workshops to provide a common framework for coordinating the wide range of business process re-engineering activities.
