Training Specialist (EW)

Summary About the Position : This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the 704TH MI Brigade, 742D MI Battalion, Foundry Detachment, Fort Meade, MD. Responsibilities Serve as a Training Specialist Electronic Warfare (EW) who is a recognized authoritative consultant in all areas relating to EW operations and training. Serve as a subject matter expert in Electronic Warfare theory and application, including acquisition, analysis / interpretation, and exploitation in order to develop courseware / curriculum and facilitate operational training. Develop and staff new system training development products with Training and Doctrine Command elements, as well as other Department of Defense and non-DoD agencies and military services to ensure conformity and compliance with current regulations. Directly responsible for coordinating and managing Foundry EW training in support of tactical force at home station covering individual and collective EW related training. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience to the next lower grade (GS / GG-12) which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience with Training and operations directly related to SIGINT and / or Electronic Warfare and / or Cyber Space operations.
