Job Description

As part of the Wealth Management (WM) Affluent team you will have the opportunity to lead programs and projects focused on enhancing the WM Advisor/Banker/Associate (field) experience.  In this role you will capture and prioritize field feedback, and work with internal partners to influence impactful changes.  You will also manage the planning, administration, and execution of key national events for the field. Assigned projects include high priority field initiatives. You may participate in the identification, design, development, and/or implementation of projects.

Essential Functions

  • Develop strong working relationships with WM leaders and business partners across the enterprise to enable successful program and project execution.
  • Capture field feedback to identify and analyze needs; provide input to recommendations and/or problem resolution and communicate updates.
  • Participate in defining and obtaining leadership alignment on event criteria, key themes and objectives, speakers, and agendas.
  • Participate in identifying project goals, gain consensus on project steps, schedule, and estimated project costs; foster collaboration with a cross-functional team.
  • Prepare project plans and status reports and update as needed.
  • Manage performance of programs and projects and evaluate overall status.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10 years proven project management experience and strong organizational skills
  • Capable of motivating and managing cross-functional teams to deliver desired results
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of Wealth Management
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Track record of collaborating with business partners to drive measurable results
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders – verbally, visually and in writing

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
