U.S. Bank is hiring for a Custody Operations Specialist to support our Custody Operations Trust Income team.

Some responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Identify and clear cash and asset exceptions for various types of income to client’s Trust accounts within the department’s service level agreements.

• Reconcile and balance income events for Federally held securities in both the Trust 3000 and SWP systems.

• Actively review and respond to internal and external inquiries received via our shared mailboxes daily. One must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to both team members and their manager to ensure completion and coverage of tasks.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm local time

Location: Hybrid Tuesday - Thursday in office Saint Paul; Monday & Friday Remote

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience

• Two or more years of relevant experience

Skills/Experience

• Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients

• Ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)

• Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment

• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

• Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21 - $35.43
