U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Senior Linux Infrastructure Engineer (multiple positions) in Hopkins, MN.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain High Availability Cluster Management to prevent downtime of critical applications.
• Develop Ansible automation to automate Linux infrastructure and develop SaltStack automation.
• Engineer and configure consistent, stable, supportable, and highly available IT solutions that meet the needs of U.S. Bank's Infrastructure and Services team.
• Maintain source code.
• Consistently apply security patches on Redhat OS to maintain PCI compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to provide U.S. Bank IT solutions on developing designs, integration of services, and architecting IT systems.

Basic Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect, or a related occupation.

Required Skills/Experience:
Experience must include 5 years of experience with each of the following:

Experience with Linux systems performance tuning, troubleshooting, and backup/recovery. Automation tools Ansible and Chef. Version control system GIT. Linux OS RHEL 7, and Centos. High Availability Cluster management including Redhat HA and Veritas cluster. VMware Virtual Machines. GitLAB source code management. CI/CD tools and methods including Jenkins to deploy and manage infrastructure.

Teams may work from home and the office. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $127,712 - $155,000. (#LI-NDI #LI-DNI #LI-DNP #DE-DNP).

Salary : $127,712 - $155,000
