Job Description
The Vice President Product, Technology Modernization will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of U.S. Bank’s Commercial Card platform modernization. This initiative will be a highly complex, multi-year project requiring engagement across all areas of the Commercial Card business. The successful candidate will engage with key stakeholders to define, document, and gain consensus on priorities, while ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities :
- Define, document and gain consensus on the modernization plan and timeline.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute a detailed modernization and migration plan that identifies workstreams, requirements, milestones and dependencies.
- Engage with 3rd party processor to ensure project alignment, execution of deliverables and timely issue resolution.
- Manage consulting engagements from concept to requirements, RFP, vendor selection and successful execution.
- Define internal and external communication and training requirements and work with appropriate stakeholders to execute.
- Monitor budget to identify risks and opportunities.
- Identify, execute and manage risk requirements.
- Work with product owners to identify and execute new product capabilities that provide competitive differentiation.
