Job Description

This opportunity is responsible for identifying, designing and delivering initiatives to grow Business Banking revenue through acquiring, deepening, and retaining customer relationships. A successful candidate will drive and coordinate organizational actions to connect revenue plans to tactical activities, identify opportunities and remove barriers to execution, and evaluate and optimize results.

In this role you will:

  • Drive customer adoption and growth
    • Utilize data insights to identify new opportunities for acquisition, deepening, and retention
    • Work closely with the business studio and relevant partners to design and deliver targeted initiatives to accelerate growth in specific segments and meet business targets
    • Drive customer and banker experience focused on segment value propositions
  • Analyze the competition
    • Keep a pulse on market trends with a thorough understanding around U.S. Bank’s right to win
    • Provide market feedback to relevant teams to influence planning and roadmaps



  • Execute in collaboration with other stakeholders
    • Develop trusted relationships with key business partners.
    • Connect business priorities, initiatives, and execution with other internal teams and stakeholders to drive synergy and deliver a connected, unified customer experience.
    • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure that all programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies.
    • Contribute to an environment of problem solving, collaboration, creativity, support, consulting, and partnership



  • Monitor and optimize performance
    • Uncover executional gaps, opportunities, and competitive differentiation to fully realize segment revenue.
    • Track the effectiveness of initiatives through KPIs, including customer adoption rates, revenue growth, customer lifetime value, and product usage metrics.
    • Continuously optimize efforts based on performance analysis, customer feedback, and market changes.


Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • 5 years of experience in fintech, project management, consulting, product, sales enablement, or marketing role
  • Background in fostering an environment of innovation and customer centricity
  • Experience in a matrixed environment and ability to influence and drive work across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Experience in go-to-market functions, sales enablement and/or marketing disciplines
  • 5 years' experience with business planning and execution
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and storyboarding skills
  • Payments, banking, or SMB software expertise
  • Strong presentational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Executive presence and ability to influence without authority


The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
