We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the successful execution of high-priority initiatives while fostering organizational excellence in project management practices.
Job Summary :
The Senior Project Manager will lead critical, high-impact projects and take ownership of developing and implementing project management frameworks, governance structures, and methodologies. This role will also mentor project managers, collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with strategic objectives, and ensure consistent delivery of results across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, high-priority projects with enterprise-wide impact.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to define project priorities and align initiatives with organizational goals.
- Serve as a thought leader in project management, driving innovation and process improvement.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, creating a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Framework Development and Governance :
Develop, implement, and continuously refine project management frameworks, governance structures, and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.Establish and champion best practices, tools, and standards, including the effective use of Smartsheet for project planning and tracking.Conduct training and workshops to elevate project management capabilities across the organization.Stakeholder Engagement and Communication :
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, progress, and challenges.Manage expectations and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and commitment.Performance Monitoring and Reporting :
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success, reporting outcomes to senior leadership.Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.Prepare post-project evaluations and share insights to continuously improve processes and delivery.Qualifications
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. (Master’s degree or PMP certification is strongly preferred.)7 years of progressive experience managing projects, with a track record of delivering complex, high-impact initiatives.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing project management frameworks and governance structures.Leadership experience in mentoring and managing project teams or junior project managers.Skills :
Expert proficiency in Smartsheet for project management, tracking, and reporting.Advanced organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior executives.Strategic thinking with a strong ability to align projects with broader organizational goals.Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK) and tools.What We Offer :
