USESI is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Warehouse Supervisor CDC Loading to join our team. This position will be located in our Middletown, CT CDC.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the warehouse the loading operations and personnel to provide optimal service to customers

· Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance

· Ensure the accuracy of transactions

· Protect Company assets from theft and damage

· Oversee the implementation and enforcement of Distribution Center policies and procedures

· Train and continuously develop new and existing employees

· Support Central Distribution Center's team to maximize customer service and accuracy while seeking improvements on operational efficiency

· Report and document equipment failures or unsafe working conditions to management team

· Other general warehouse and supervisory duties to be assigned

Required Skills:

· Experience with RF picking and receiving.

· Previous experience with warehouse equipment, including wire cutting machinery, fork trucks and high reach trucks.

· 3 years of prior experience in a supervisory position or its equivalent.

· Strong product knowledge and work ethic.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.

· Must have strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.

· Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast paced, competitive environment.

· Must possess high-level leadership qualities and be able to manage and resolve conflict.
