Account Manager – Sales
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Account Manager to develop, nurture, and maintain client relationships and drive new business. As the main point of contact for our clients and prospects, you will play a key role in building trust, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that add value.

Key Responsibilities
· Sell window film solutions, including product and installation, to B2B and B2C clients.
· Provide expert guidance by understanding product offerings, installation processes, and industry trends. Be able to confidently recommend and showcase these solutions, ensuring that the recommended approach meets or exceeds client needs.
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
· Manage inbound leads. Deliver exceptional customer service that is timely and offers a helpful, solutions-oriented attitude.
· Proactively generate new leads through networking, outbound outreach, and bid sites.
· Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to build connections and expand opportunities.
· Present at Lunch & Learns and other educational sessions to showcase expertise and drive sales.
· Stay informed on industry happenings and technical details, ensuring a deep understanding of window film products and benefits.
· Maintain a proactive and dependable work ethic—always prepared, punctual, and focused on the next opportunity.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in the construction industry, preferably in the window film industry.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or comparable, relevant experience
· Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
· Preferred experience in the window film or construction industry
· Experience with Apple products and Microsoft Suite products
· Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Daylite, Salesforce, or HubSpot

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
