Position Summary:
U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide administrative and client support within our legal services team. This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure a seamless client experience.

๐ Schedule: Monday โ Friday | 8:00 AM โ 5:00 PM
Essential Job Functions:
Client & Record Support:
- Assist CSS with client communications and correspondence to obtain records.
- Provide status updates to clients regarding action items (fees, authorizations, no records, etc.).
- Handle incoming invoices and correspondence.
- Manage calls and emails from field agents.
- Research and resolve location contact issues.
Expediting Responsibilities:
- Make expediting calls for client statuses, rush requests, and problem locations.
- Respond to and follow up on CSR emails daily.
- Research and resolve problem records, missing items, and escalated cases.
Custodian Invoice & Correspondence Processing:
- Verify invoices are within fee limits for requested records.
- Process payments via check or credit card and track transactions.
- Research and handle custodian correspondence, ensuring proper follow-up.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
