Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Lead, coach, and manage team members to achieve performance and development goals
- Oversee daily production and planning to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate and communicate business requirements and operational decisions
- Plan and review workloads and staffing to meet cost-effective targets
- Provide guidance and support to enhance individual and team performance
- Complete special projects and ensure compliance with safety and work regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3–5 years of experience in client service management, customer service, or team leadership in an administrative or production setting
- Legal or medical record retrieval knowledge preferred
