Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates all administrative duties including but not limited to, answering phones, directing calls to appropriate department, and greeting clients and candidates
- Utilize advanced excel skills to generate detailed reports to analyze data
- Ensures information is accessible and distributed to responsible parties and stake holders
- Coordinates and schedules activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and any additional requests
- Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff such as CEOs, presidents, senior vice presidents and chiefs. Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary

Requirements
All you need to be an Administrative Assistant is 2 years of prior Administrative Assistant experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Legal experience is a plus!
