U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Records Coordinator who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an effective communicator. This role provides critical administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department.
Location: Onsite - Houston, TX (Greenspoint)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Standard Business Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks, including answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Utilize Zendesk and Microsoft Outlook to respond to internal and external client inquiries.
- Handle invoice reconciliation, payment transactions, and create client profiles and portal access.
- Ensure information is properly recorded, distributed, and accessible to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and other department requests.
Requirements:
- 2 years of administrative assistant experience or Customer Service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; legal industry experience is a plus.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
