What are the responsibilities and job description for the Records Coordinator position at U.S. Legal Support?

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Records Coordinator who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an effective communicator. This role provides critical administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department.

Location: Onsite - Houston, TX (Greenspoint)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Standard Business Hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, including answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department.
  • Utilize Zendesk and Microsoft Outlook to respond to internal and external client inquiries.
  • Handle invoice reconciliation, payment transactions, and create client profiles and portal access.
  • Ensure information is properly recorded, distributed, and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and other department requests.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of administrative assistant experience or Customer Service experience 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; legal industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
