How You’ll have an Impact:
As the Regional IT Support Lead, you will have a major impact on day-to-day operations providing enterprise level technical support for U.S. Multimodal Group’s companies for their remote and onsite users. This position provides front-line technical support for nearly all the systems for which IT Services are responsible in your assigned region. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, installation and/or configuration of computing hardware (computers, network switches, printers, etc.), software, A/V devices, network cabling, diagnostics, troubleshooting and end-user assistance.
Essential Functions:
- Address user requests regarding help with hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Travel to remote offices when the need arises for in-person support or project work.
- Install, repair, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related systems.
- Provide end user support via remote assistance, in person, and telephone.
- Create and manage support requests with external support teams.
- Support and enforce company information policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining hardware and software inventory for asset management.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and technical problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to provide support after normal business hours, including being in an On Call rotation, and responding to emergency work requests in critical situations.
- Responsible for the prompt resolution of all issues brought to the attention of the department and notifies senior leadership of non-routine problems and issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ technical experience in a similar role supporting and managing Information Technology infrastructure and operating systems.
- Advanced working knowledge and experience of Windows OS Ver 10 & 11, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Office 365 Applications, TCP/IP Networking, Security and Anti-Virus Products, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems a plus.
- Microsoft 365 Administration in an Enterprise Tenant is a plus.
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills with a customer-oriented attitude
- Desire and drive to be “the person” to drive excellence from start to finish.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Onsite work in the Franklin, TN office.
No relocation assistance offered.

This position operates in a dynamic, fast-paced, professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to talk, read, hear, sit, and use your hands to type.
