Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical System Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for naval platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of electrical systems on ships, submarines, and other critical military systems.
- System Integration & Optimization: Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with other technologies, ensuring seamless performance across complex systems. Continuously monitor and improve existing electrical systems for better efficiency and reliability.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system malfunctions, ensuring that Navy equipment remains operational and mission-ready. Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
- Analysis & Testing: Conduct detailed analysis of electrical systems, perform simulations, and conduct tests to ensure compliance with engineering standards, Navy specifications, and safety protocols. Analyze data to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation for designs, test results, and system configurations. Ensure compliance with Navy engineering standards and military specifications.
- Safety & Standards: Ensure all electrical systems are designed and maintained with a strong focus on safety and operational readiness, adhering to military regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship OR Green card holder
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
