Summary You will serve as an Equal Employment Specialist in the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Organization, Code N02EEO of USPACFLT EEO PROGRAM MANAGEMENT. Responsibilities You will assist in developing and executing strategies, procedures, and guidance for implementing ADR initiatives. You will advise Human Resources specialists and activity management on issues relating to EEO pre-complaint and complaint processing. You will ensure timeliness of RA processing in accordance with regulatory guidance and Department of Navy timeframes. You will track, analyze, and report on RA requests. You will be responsible for remaining up to date on federal policies and regulations related to the Disability and RA programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-09 : Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector collecting and organizing facts and data, interpreting basic laws, regulations, and policies for the resolution of EEO Complaints, Disability Program / Reasonable Accommodation (RA) issues or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). GS-07 : Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector using databases, spreadsheets and fact finding techniques to gather, track, and analyze data to assist with the resolution of EEO Complaints, Disability Program / Reasonable Accommodation (RA) issues or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience : GS-09 : Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related GS-07 : 1 full year of graduate level education OR Successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement. Additional Information Pay retention may be granted when certain conditions are met. A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
