- NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
- Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Tennessee or license eligible
- Has a current Emergency Cardiac Care card/certification through an approved provider i.e American Heart Association, Red Cross etc.
- Ability to work closely with school staff and administration, parents, athletes, area health care providers and our clinics’ staff to build and maintain morale and work relationships.
- Advise and follow TN State laws as well as TSSAA rules and guidelines
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Deliver on-site care, evaluation, and treatment of athletic injuries during practices and games.
- Develop and implement tailored injury prevention programs, including education and coaching for aches, pains, and discomforts.
- Collaborate with coaches, physicians, and physical therapists to optimize athletes' health, performance, and safety.
- Provide first-line injury screenings for high school athletes and communicate findings effectively with stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of encounters and treatment plans.
- Serve as a trusted resource for athletes, supporting their safety, readiness to compete, and overall well-being.
