US Sand and Gravel LLC is one of Stephenville's largest producers of construction aggregates and a major producer of aggregate-based construction materials used in ready-mixed concrete. Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting and financial functions of the organization
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes
- Oversee financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimize income streams
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards and regulations
- Provide financial acumen to support decision-making processes
- Supervise cost accounting activities to control expenses effectively
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and timely
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related experience
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
- Strong background in Financial Report Writing
- Expertise in Revenue Management and forecasting
- In-depth knowledge of Governmental Accounting principles
- Proficiency in Cost Accounting methodologies
- Experience with Regulatory Reporting requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience with a trucking company preferred
