Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, invoicing, customer service and possess strong data entry skills.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Perform all duties related to processing small package and carrier shipments
- Invoicing of all shipments
- Working with trucking companies
- Utilize software such as Excel, Sage, Outlook and Label Matrix
- Ability to multitask
- Pay close attention to customer's routing instructions and follow through
Experience
- Prior experience in clerical roles, particularly in traffic and invoicing services
- Proficiency in using software such as Excel, Word, Sage, Outlook, Label Matrix. Training is provided, if necessary, but would prefer some experience.
- Able to communicate proficiently and courteously with carriers and customers
- Ability to work effectively and prioritize duties.
- Communication is key.
