Job Description:
- The Business Continuity & Resilience Team plays a critical role in ensuring the client's ability to withstand and recover from disruptive events.

By embracing a proactive approach to resilience, the client can mitigate risks and enhance its ability to serve customers effectively in the face of global uncertainty and unpredictability.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to conduct regular business continuity tasks, including identifying critical processes/dependencies, updating/reviewing business impact analyses, documenting business continuity plans, and conducting tabletop exercises.
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis to determine critical business functions, recovery time objectives (RTOs), and potential impacts of disruptions.
- Create comprehensive business continuity plans (BCPs) including response procedures, communication protocols, and recovery strategies.
- Recommend mitigation strategies to reduce or eliminate identified risks.
- Assist in planning and execution of business continuity tabletop exercises to test the effectiveness of BCPs.
- Prepare reports and presentations business continuity and resilience activities.
- Assist in the review and evaluation of resilience plans and procedures.
Mandatory:
- Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar certification.
- Experience in business continuity planning - commensurate with 3 years of experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to business continuity is a plus.
- Strong organizational, project management, and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to think critically.
- Able to work independently.
Education:
- BA in business related field required.
