Job Description:
- Looking for a Program Manager with a strong background in UX, advertising, and cross-functional (XFN) collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Product support: Coordination of workstreams, including timeline, OKR, and leadership reporting. Driving 2025/6 planning management.
- Team collaboration: Partnering with XFN and Organic teams and facilitating ongoing alignment. Comms planning and development
- Team operations: Enabling more efficient / effective work that scales across the team (processes, templates, operation models). Support UX culture building and community efforts in partnership with UX leads
Experience:
- Program/project management experience
- Experience working with UX teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Able to execute independently with senior stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with Eng/ PM stakeholders and understanding user issues faced by different user groups: consumers and advertisers
- Experience working with project management tools
- Proven track record of partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams in highly dynamic / fast paced environments
