What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital/UX Program Manager position at US Tech Solutions, Inc.?
Responsibilities :
- Product support : Coordination of workstreams, including timeline, OKR, and leadership reporting. Driving 2025 / 6 planning management.
- Team collaboration : Partnering with XFN and Organic teams and facilitating ongoing alignment. Comms planning and development
- Team operations : Enabling more efficient / effective work that scales across the team (processes, templates, operation models). Support UX culture building and community efforts in partnership with UX leads
- Program / project management experience
- Experience working with UX teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Able to execute independently with senior stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with Eng / PM stakeholders and understanding user issues faced by different user groups : consumers and advertisers
- Experience working with project management tools
- Proven track record of partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams in highly dynamic / fast paced environments
