Job Description :
Looking for a Program Manager with a strong background in UX, advertising, and cross-functional (XFN) collaboration.
Responsibilities :
Product support : Coordination of workstreams, including timeline, OKR, and leadership reporting. Driving / planning management.
Team collaboration : Partnering with XFN and Organic teams and facilitating ongoing alignment. Comms planning and development
Team operations : Enabling more efficient / effective work that scales across the team (processes, templates, operation models). Support UX culture building and community efforts in partnership with UX leads
Experience :
Program / project management experience
Experience working with UX teams
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Able to execute independently with senior stakeholders
Experience collaborating with Eng / PM stakeholders and understanding user issues faced by different user groups : consumers and advertisers
Experience working with project management tools
Proven track record of partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams in highly dynamic / fast paced environments
