Job Description:
- The team is responsible for overseeing all AI testing efforts related to trust and safety across the organization. Our team ensures that AI testing processes are smooth, efficient, and effective from both operational and technical perspectives. We are seeking two temporary team members to assist with the technical aspects of these testing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with technical tasks related to AI testing processes for trust and safety.
- Support in streamlining and optimizing testing processes from both operational and technical perspectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technical integration across various systems.
- Work with SQL and Python to manage and analyze data and technical scripts.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of temporary technical needs within the AI testing process.
Experience:
- 4 years experience with SQL, including the ability to navigate and troubleshoot SQL scripts.
- Proficiency in Python is a strong plus.
- Ability to navigate a variety of technical systems and communicate effectively in technical language.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- 1 years of experience in business process analysis, operations management, and/or global program management, or leading cross-functional process improvements.
- Strong understanding of AI systems, machine learning, and their potential risks.
- Experience using data to provide solutions and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
