Required Skills & Experience:
- Several years of Basic IT Network experience with network switching and PC connectivity
- Basic network troubleshooting PC and switch problems
- Working with Cisco Wireless Access Points
- Basic cabling knowledge, network jacks, IDF closet cross-connects, and troubleshooting
- Participate in the implementation of new or refreshed networks
- Provides site Smart hands support for network engineers
- Perform general administrative requirements pertaining to timesheets, inventory records of equipment and ticketing system (SNOW)
