What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Support position at US Tech Solutions?
Duration: 4 Months Contract with possible extension
Job Description:
· Several years of Basic IT Network experience with network switching and PC connectivity
· Basic network troubleshooting PC and switch problems
· Working with Cisco Wireless Access Points
· Basic cabling knowledge, network jacks, IDF closet cross-connects, and troubleshooting
· Participate in the implementation of new or refreshed networks
· Provides site Smart hands support for network engineers
· Perform general administrative requirements pertaining to timesheets, inventory records of equipment and ticketing system (SNOW)
Roles & Responsibilities:
