POSITION SUMMARY
We're seeking an experienced and visionary leader with strong experience in driving value through technology with digital solutions. Reporting directly to the Corporate CIO, this position is a key member of the IT Leadership team and is the top divisional IT leader for U.S. Venture's U.S. AutoForce division.
U.S. AutoForce brings more than 70 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships as a leading independent tire distributor with 67 distribution centers serving customers in 47 states.
The Vice President of IT is responsible for driving the strategic vision for technology within the U.S. AutoForce division. This role involves building and leading a high-performing, cross-functional team that integrates technology and business expertise. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and a proven track record of delivering value through digital solutions and services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Influence and drive the strategic vision for IT within the division and technology team.
- Deliver value by effectively managing and optimizing the IT portfolio for the division.
- Oversee technology planning and budgeting to ensure an effective and cost-efficient technology organization.
- Collaborate with external resources and strategic partners to identify and assess emerging trends, focusing on both innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure that investments in enterprise-wide applications are maximized through effective governance and continuous improvement of solutions.
- Drive adherence to best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Acquire, develop, and retain high-caliber talent, creating development plans to continuously upskill team members.
- Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and engagement to advance U.S. Venture's and divisional strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
The preferred location for this position is Appleton, WI; exceptions may be considered for location based on relevance of candidate experience.
