We’re looking for a motivated and upbeat Customer Service Representative to join our team!
This role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, a strong problem solver, and a team player with the ability to adapt and think critically. Basic Requirements:
- Three years minimum of demonstrated experience in customer service
- Working knowledge of standard office software and web-based applications
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule ;including some Saturdays and Overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities:
- Answer high inbound and outbound call volume 60 calls a day
- Take detailed notes from each inbound call describing the homeowner’s project/issue
- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Document customer interactions in CRM software, ensuring records are up-to-date.
- Accurately input all customers information including name/address/phone/email into database
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
- Provide sales support for schedule changes and cancellations
