- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date guest records.
- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments and managing office communications.
- Handle clerical duties including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the front desk.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in similar roles is a plus but not required.
