As a ASSOCIATE, IT BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSIS supporting our IT BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS TEAM , you will be trusted with BEING THE liaison between the business / end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions at JOHNS CREEK DISTRIBUTION in JOHNS CREEK, GEORGIA .
In this role, a typical day will include :
Analyze detailed business / functional / technical requirements for applications.
Develop, test, and deploy applications and systems software.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Perform data analysis to support business decision-making.
Develop and maintain data visualizations reports using Tableau and Excel.
Automate data processing workflows using Alteryx.
Support application maintenance and evolution by correcting errors and implementing enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON :
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 8 yrs; Assoc. 4 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
Work hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm EST.
Travel Requirements : 0 to 10%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
2-3 years of experience in IT applications development, programming, and configuration.
Advanced ability to use Alteryx for data processing and automation.
Proficient in creating data visualizations using Tableau.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Experience with database languages such as SQL.
Experience with additional data analysis and visualization tools.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
