Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deploy, design, install, configure, maintain, and perform system integration testing of PC/server operating systems, utilities, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server and network issues reported by users, using critical thinking to prioritize and implement effective solutions.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly, professionally, and effectively to user inquiries and support requests.
- Collaborate with IT technicians to understand and support end-user needs while ensuring alignment with system capabilities.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend software, hardware, and technology solutions to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Support web access, electronic messaging services, and maintain a secure and compliant systems environment.
- Provide hardware and software specifications based on application needs, organizational growth, and evolving technology trends.
- Install, maintain, and optimize server infrastructure while ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Contribute to IT budget planning by assessing current technology inventory and forecasting future needs.
- Train, mentor, and support new IT personnel to build team capacity and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Continuously enhance knowledge through self-directed learning and staying current with industry trends.
Annual Salary Range: $57,940 - $94,150
Master's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
