Patient Care: Deliver nursing care based on the nursing process.

Assessment: Collect patient data and notify the RN of potential problems.
Evaluation: Monitor patients' responses to care and communicate findings to the RN.
Documentation: Record care provided and respond to emergencies efficiently.
Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient Education: Meet patients' educational needs.
Leadership: Serve as a role model for the patient care team.

Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing Program (no work experience may substitute for education).
