Minimum Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in case management or a related area.
- BLS certified or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
- 2 years of leadership experience.
- Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Utilization Management (UM).
- Experience in a non-durable goods manufacturing environment or similar healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical, psychological, and social needs to develop individualized care plans.
