In collaboration with department leadership, to develop action plans to maximize outreach opportunities in the community and optimize the donor family experience. To supervise the day-to-day activities of the aftercare team, the multicultural educator and supervisor of community outreach to ensure that the quality and quantity of their work optimizes the donor family experience, promotes and maximizes community contact and donor registration. To present information in formal and informal settings (public speaking). To display good rapport and professionalism with all clients and audiences. This position will require work outside of traditional business hours including some evenings, weekends and possibly holidays.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years prior OPO or education experience required. Degree in education or health education preferred. Experience and familiarity with medical terms and healthcare preferred. Previous DMV experience, volunteer management experience and/or teaching experience preferred. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations
Must have a valid driver's license issued in the United States and be able to be insured
