**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage business correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communication.
- Oversee calendar management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Director.
- Provide support in organizing meetings, events, and other business-related tasks.
- Coordinate and assist with day-to-day operational functions.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in administrative or executive support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related software.
