Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at UASA. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for the quality and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances and other equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and Repair Appliances: Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home.
- Provide Cost Estimates: Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
- Ensure Efficient Use of Materials: Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced.
- Complete Invoices and Reports: Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
- Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Requirements:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License: Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency: Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology.
- Physical Demands: The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances.

About the Role: As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will work with a variety of appliances, including dishwashers, microwaves, and dryers. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
