We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business development efforts,

sell our suite of UAV based training & support services, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within police, fire departments & energy companies across the United States. This role will be critical in driving UAV Dynamix’s growth and establishing our brand as a trusted provider of drone solutions for the public safety & energy sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities in key target markets, including law enforcement, fire departments, energy companies, and agriculture businesses.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, expanding the customer base for UAV Dynamix’s drone training and services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and decision-makers at potential client organizations.
  • Present UAV Dynamix's drone technology and training solutions to potential clients through tailored product demos, showcasing the value and capabilities of our services.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and key activities to senior leadership, utilizing CRM tools and sales analytics to track progress.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling to law enforcement, fire departments, energy companies, or agriculture-focused businesses is preferred.
  • Ability to driving sales, scheduling meetings, and have ambition to exceed targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and target market needs.
  • Highly driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
  • Must be able to leverage Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to communicate with prospects.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of drone regulations and compliance in various industries.
  • Having a passion for drones


Compensation: This position is a commission only position
