What You'll Do
- Campaign Development & Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of field and retail marketing campaigns, including managing timelines, reviewing assets, organizing feedback, and ensuring delivery across all relevant channels.
- Project Management: Own workback schedules for assigned projects. Proactively flag blockers, surface status updates, and make prioritization trade-offs as needed to keep things on track.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Ops, Creative, and Analytics to ensure campaigns are aligned to business goals and run smoothly.
- Agency & Creative Management: Partner with internal creative, production, and agency teams to help bring campaigns to life-supporting the development of consumer-centric work that drives engagement, product trial, and short- to mid-term growth.
- Asset & Brief Support: Help draft creative briefs, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and ensure assets are accurate and on-brand before launch.
- Data Gathering & Reporting: Partner with Analytics and Marketing teams to help gather data for reporting, QA campaign tracking, and pull directional results post-launch.
- 3 years of consumer marketing experience, specializing in a combination of field marketing, retail marketing and middle & through the funnel marketing that has driven brand and business impact
- Basic understanding of paid media principles and execution
- Experience supporting end-to-end campaign execution, including working with creative teams, managing timelines, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity working with agencies and production partners to support creative development and delivery
- Ability to synthesize campaign inputs and performance data into clear summaries that inform next steps and optimization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and shift priorities based on changing business needs
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset-comfortable taking initiative and anticipating what's needed to move projects forward
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and fast-moving environments; able to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Familiarity with key marketing performance metrics and how they tie back to business objectives (e.g. conversion rates, engagement, match rates, media mix)
Salary : $104,000 - $115,500
