Your Role :
Key Responsibilities :
- Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail, including sorting, stamping, and arranging courier services.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Assist in managing office supplies related to mailing and shipping.
- Ensure mailroom security by monitoring deliveries and restricting unauthorized access.
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain data privacy standards.
- Provide assistance with general office tasks as needed.
