Consumer Electronics Store Manager and Repair Technician
We make electronic repair easy and convenient for our customers. We are looking for a store manager and technicians as we open a new electronic repair store in the Greater Baltimore Area. We repair a wide range of consumer electronics, including computers, cell phones, tablets, gaming stations and almost anything with a power button.
What will you do as a technician?
- Meet and great customers, helping them feel comfortable that we can meet their repair needs
- Repair phones, tablets, computers and gaming stations
- Provide superior customer support
What will you do as a store manager?
- Organize the store, schedule staff, and provide leadership and training.
- Order and maintain inventory
- Perform advanced repairs
- Create a culture of high customer service and sales
You are a great fit with our team if you:
- Have a passion for problem solving and customer service
- Have at least a high school diploma or G.E.D
- Have 1 year cell phone and consumer electronic repair experience
- Able to work 40-hour week, with 10 hour day shifts including scheduled weekends
- Be able to pass drug and background screening

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Store managers earn between $22 to $24 per hour. Technicians earn between $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience. We offer bonuses and commissions
