Position Details
As a Solutions Expert you will work inside a retail store, and be the face of uBreakiFix, delivering award-winning, personalized customer experiences. They are responsible for guiding the customer through the entire uBreakiFix experience from start to finish. The Solutions Expert utilizes proven techniques to increase lead and walk-in conversion rate, accessory and product sales, and driving positive Google reviews.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Perform essential routine customer service duties. This includes, but is not limited to: greeting customers, answering phone calls, providing repair estimates, utilizing the point of sale system to process payments, and giving status updates for each repair
- Identify solutions to customer’s technical challenges and offer personalized product solutions that meet customer needs. Examples include: electronic protection packages, refurbished devices, and mobile phone accessories
- Attend training on sales strategies, product knowledge, and methods to boost specific key performance indicators
- Explain technical issues and relevant partner details to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Maintain a positive attitude to de-escalate and enhance the customer experience and drive 5-star Google Reviews
- Demonstrate uBreakiFix’s core values in all interactions

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in a sales environment and proven ability to meet sales goals
- 1-2 years customer service experience in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching to stock shelves and assist customers
- The ability to lift and carry customer devices weighing up to 25 pounds
- Occasional use of ladders or step stools to access high shelves
- Repetitive use of hands and arms to operate a point-of-sale system
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commissions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
