TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Manager - Electronics Repair, Technician and Computer Repair
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience repairing smartphones, PC/MACs, electronics, and game consoles.
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience.
- Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Success in training and developing new employees.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent technical, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proof that you are legally eligible to work in the United States.
- You MUST have exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent administrative skills to handle paperwork, reports, and other documentation.
- Proficient in stock management, including inventory control and ordering processes.
- Knowledge of marketing principles to develop promotional strategies and drive sales.
- Strong math skills for cash handling, financial analysis, and budgeting purposes.
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient store environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Store Manager Duties
Store Manager - Electronics Repair, Technician and Computer Repair
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed UBIF quality standards.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards.
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
- Prepare reports on store performance, including sales, inventory, and employee productivity.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience required.
- Previous experience working at a retail electronics store.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in basic math calculations for handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge of stock management principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A certification.
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
- Bilingual is a plus.

Pay: Range from $52,000.00 to $62,000.00
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week.
