We're looking for a HR Reward Specialist to:
- assist with FA Loan Administration and FA Compensation functions within FA Reward including resolution and research
- function as a trusted liaison to our clients, Financial Advisors, their support team members and their management teams.
- work with our Divisional Management Teams to research and resolve FA Loan issues and concerns
Your team
We work with human resources colleagues to provide support and give advice on various regional reward products and policies.

Your expertise
- ideally 3 years of Corporate Customer Service experience
- Knowledge and functional use of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven research and analytical experience
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to highlight risks and enact risk mitigation
