Your role
We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join a large advisory team in the Cincinnati Market. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, passionate about helping others chart their financial lives, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include :
- Schedule appointments for members of the team
- Gather and process information needed for account opening and maintenance
- Issue checks and transfer funds for clients between accounts and outside UBS
- Prepare documents, presentations and other materials for client and prospect meetings
- Print and mail account statements and other account documents for clients on request
- Educate clients on UBS services and account features
- Greet clients and prospects and welcome them into the office when they arrive
- Proactively engage with clients and visitors to anticipate their needs in the spirit of providing exemplary customer service
Your team
You will be working with a large team in Cincinnati, Ohio that services over 250 households with approximately $1 billion assets under management.
