UBS ASSET MANAGEMENT AMERICAS INC. is seeking an EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, PORTFOLIO MANAGER in New York, New York
We’re looking for an Executive Director, Portfolio Manager to:
- Provide strategic input as a key member of the investment team in New York, and make or participate in investment decisions.
- Participate in fund raising.
- Meet with clients, consultants, and prospects.
- Communicate investment strategies and criteria.
- Participate in transactions (sourcing and execution) including due diligence, contractual negotiation, and decision-making.
- Manage portfolio assets and the portfolio held by the UBS infrastructure funds and future infrastructure assets managed by UBS in the U.S. and Australia.
- Inspect portfolio assets on a regular basis.
- Monitor and evaluate asset performance and continue to review asset valuations.
- Responsible for reporting and client management, including ensuring reports, calls and other requirements of the separate account are performed in a globally coordinated, diligent and timely manner.

Your expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or as a Commercial Advisor, Project Director, Finance Manager, Project and Asset Analyst, Investment Banker, Investment Research Manager, Investment Analyst, or related occupation. Employer will accept a three- or four-year Bachelor’s degree.
Position requires ten (10) years of experience with the following:
- Infrastructure knowledge including assets, markets, and structures.
- Private equity or corporate finance transactions.
- Asset management and reporting experience.
