Your role

Would you like to work in an non-financial risk role within the banking industry? Do you know how to work well within a team to develop and deliver solutions? Do you have a know-how how to analyze data and produce reports and presentations? Do you want to keep a responsibility which really matters in a big global organization?

If yes, then we are looking for you to:
  • collect and prepare materials for decision-making forums and supporting execution of agreed actions
  • support various types of regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports for operational risk related topics
  • oversee and ensure timeliness of execution of various deliverables required by the Risk & Remediation office team
  • collaborate Finance stakeholders with risk management responsibilities
  • propose and implement changes to the existing processes, practices and ways of working to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Your team

You will be working in the Risk & Remediation Office in Stamford. Our role is to prepare presentations for submission to key forums and committees, and analysis of data sets that need to be distilled into key messages for onward distribution and communication to key Finance stakeholders.

Your expertise

  • university degree and ideally 3 years of professional experience
  • hardworking, proactive and willing to learn
  • experience in financial background is a plus but not mandatory
  • ability to collect, analyze significant amounts of information and generate meaningful insights for management via reports/sides
  • ability to work with multiple sources of data, identify correlations between them and come up with logical conclusions
  • excellent organization skills and a pragmatic approach
  • strong communication and presentation skills
  • knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • fluency in English, so that you could communicate easily with senior stakeholders
