What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Wealth Strategy Associate - Planning Specialist position at UBS?
Your role
Your job as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate is to develop various wealth management plans and strategies (e.g., financial plans, investment plans, etc.). You build tailored plans and strategies based on an understanding of client needs, goals and risk tolerance by utilizing the tools and resources of the firm and your knowledge of financial planning, tax and investing strategies, insurance, pension plans, estate plans and cash flow management. You participate with Financial Advisors in client conversations to gain information needed to develop tailored plans and present planning recommendations. You prepare financial plans and investment strategies for clients and actively participate in presenting proposals to clients. CFP® designation is required for this role.
Your team
You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.
Your expertise
- CFP is required (or in-progress)
- series 7 and 66 licenses
- ideally 2-3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on finance
- excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
- analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody's business)
- team player
